Welcome!Welcome to the Western Australian Government complaints information web site. A whole of government complaints management policy has been established to make sure your valuable feedback goes towards improving services and processes. This web site gives you tips on how to make a complaint about products or services provided by a state government agency, some information on what you can expect when you make a complaint and also what departments will expect from you. If you would like to make a complaint about a service provided by a State government agency, contact the agency that you are dissatisfied with and make your complaint direct to them. Many agencies have complaints forms on their web sites, so you can lodge your complaint over the internet. Look for the "feedback", "comments" or "contact us" links on agency web sites. A complaints information brochure has been produced and is available at public libraries, community legal centres and migrant resource centres. A printer friendly version is also available. If you would like to make a general comment about the Government, please call the Community Access Line on 9222 9449 or toll free 1800 198 274, or send an email to wa-government@dpc.wa.gov.au. |
